Short‑term rental management on Lakes Ceresio and Como
Your property in expert hands
For over twenty years, I have successfully managed Lakeside Living – The Yellow Villa, turning a private lakeside home into a welcoming and well-managed holiday rental. I personally take care of every step: online promotion, guest communication, arrivals and departures, care of the property, coordination of services, and administrative requirements.
Today, I offer the same experience, dedication, and attention to detail to property owners who want to make the most of their home without dealing with the daily work of holiday rental management. Your property remains yours; I take care of presenting it at its best, welcoming guests professionally, and helping it become a reliable opportunity for income and long-term value.
If you own a home with holiday rental potential, let's talk: together we can understand how to enhance it, manage it with care, and turn it into a place guests will remember.
